Hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “Ebinindia”.

1. Purpose

To define the terms under which the Buyer purchases electronic components listed on Ebinindia.

2. Product Condition

The Buyer acknowledges that listed items may be new or obsolete, and agrees to assess suitability before purchase.

3. Payment Terms

The Buyer agrees to pay the full invoiced amount including applicable taxes and shipping charges through approved payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided by the Seller. The Buyer must inspect and report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Disputes

Returns are only allowed for defective or incorrect products. Ebinindia may mediate but is not a legal party to the transaction.

6. Warranty

Warranty terms, if any, are limited to what is specified by the Seller in the listing. Ebinindia offers no performance guarantees.

7. Legal Compliance

The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and shall not hold Ebinindia liable for any regulatory non-compliance.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of this agreement shall be governed by the laws and courts of Bangalore, India.
