Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, include its successors, agents, and permitted assigns.

Hereinafter referred to as the “Platform” or “Ebinindia”.

1. Purpose

To enable the Seller to list and sell excess electronic components on the Ebinindia platform.

2. Product Ownership

The Seller confirms they are the legal owner of all listed products and bear full responsibility for their legality and origin.

3. Product Information

The Seller shall provide accurate specifications, condition (new/used/refurbished), pricing, and relevant tax details for each listed product.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing shall be determined by the Seller. Ebinindia may deduct agreed service commissions. Payments are processed within a defined period after order fulfillment and buyer confirmation.

5. Packaging & Shipping

Seller is responsible for secure packaging and timely dispatch. Any damage or delay during transit shall be the Seller’s liability.

6. Returns & Disputes

Returns must be accepted in case of incorrect, damaged, or non-functional items. Ebinindia may assist in dispute resolution, but ultimate responsibility lies with the Seller.

7. Legal & Compliance

The Seller agrees to comply with applicable trade, tax, and environmental laws. The Seller indemnifies Ebinindia from liabilities arising from the sale of non-compliant or infringing goods.

8. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with a minimum of 15 days’ written notice.

9. Jurisdiction

All legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
